BOOKING FORM
PAYMENT POLICY
25% deposit due within 7 days to hold reservation; balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment:
International wire is preferred, Personal check or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of deposit (minus transaction fees for Bank, if applicable) if cancelled 60 days before arrival date.
After this date, refund will be returned if the property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, a pro-rated refund will be made.
